First Assessment

Ideal for your first visit. A comprehensive assessment of your history and symptoms, followed by a physical examination to determine the best treatment plan for you.

Follow-Up Treatment

For existing patients to review progress and continue treatment. We will assess improvements and adjust your management plan accordingly.

Home Visits - available at the above prices plus the cost of travel. Thursday slots (11am–1pm) in Earls Colne, or bespoke visits to suit your schedule. Please use the contact form if you would like a home visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral?

No — this is a private appointment and you only need to make contact to book.

Will I need to buy a whole package?

There is no pressure to buy packages. This is a bespoke service and you can choose which services to buy and when.

How soon can I be seen?

Usually within 7–10 days depending on busy periods, but most of the time it is sooner than this.

Can I bring my partner, baby, or toddler?

Yes — absolutely all are welcome.

Will the treatments be painful?

No, but you may find your pain increases for 48 hours initially afterwards before improving. If not, please contact me for advice.

Are the treatments safe for my baby?

Yes — totally safe for you and your baby after 12 weeks.

Is there a cut-off point for treatments?

No — you can even be treated mid-labour if necessary!
