About Me

Dedicated to supporting women through every stage of their perinatal journey.

"I listen, reassure, and make sure my patients understand where their pain is coming from — and why."

My Story

I am passionate about pregnancy physiotherapy because so many women do not get the support, empathy, and treatment they need — and struggle with pain and anxiety throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period. Many receive no emotional or physical support, and most are simply told "it is just pregnancy."

I love being able to offer effective treatments and an empathetic, listening ear. I use a holistic approach combining exercise, advice, and manual therapy techniques to deliver individualised treatments. But most of all, I listen, reassure, and make sure my patients understand where their pain is coming from and why. This empowers women and gives them control over their pain in pregnancy — and peace of mind for birth.

Experience

I have worked in the NHS for 25 years, specialising in the pelvis and obstetrics since 2013. Treating pregnant women with Pelvic Girdle Pain is my passion — so that they are able to enjoy their pregnancy and feel empowered with their management plans.
